Stupid MicroSoft
The latest "security" update knocked out my Internet Explorer browser.
The advice is to uninstall the patch, turn off updates, and wait till after Christmas when they release a patch for the patch. (I just went ahead and modified the registry.)
I suppose it is not only MicroSoft. Every time FireFox updates I have to reinstall flash and movie viewers.
Since getting a new mouse, however, the scroll controls in FireFox finally work for me, sometimes. Having scrolling problems in FireFox was the reason I normally used IE.
