Ingredients
- 2 C fresh basil leaves, washed, dried, and stems removed
- 1/2 C grated Italian cheese (Romano, Asiago, or Parmesan)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts or other nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3/4 C extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
Put in blender - serve with cooked pasta. Can freeze leftovers.
