.Google has something related to this in Google Base which lets you store anything and add labels and attributes. Google Base is odd and seems in search of a purpose that can be made commercial. Most of the listings seems to be product databases.
The best thing I thought of for Google Base for me is to upload all my blog archives because Google itself has not searched and indexed most of them. This is despite Google owning Blogger and Blogspot! I don't think that was the Google design goal.
