Coffee as a Health Drink? Studies Find Some Benefits - New York Times

Pro - Major source of anti-oxidants, even in decaffeinated.
Pro - Reduces glucose levels, even in decaffeinated.
Pro - may reduce inflammation benefiting the heart, even in decaffeinated
Pro - may be a slight cancer preventative, even in decaffeinated.
Con - Regular caffeinated coffee can raise blood pressure and heart rate and slightly increase homocysteine, a substance bad for the heart and blood pressure.

Seems pretty conclusive that they are now looking at decaffeinated coffee as providing some health benefits without the heart and high blood pressure risks.
