1 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 teas. garlic powder
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 teas. black pepper
3/4 teas. Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 cup hot tap water
1/2 cup almond milk
Bake in bread machine under normal white bread.
Optional: Cut into sticks and brush with 1/4 cup unsalted butter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan and broil or microwave 2 to 3 minutes. Also can add strips of mozzarella cheese.
Can easily be doubled.
Serve with Italian pasta dinner.
