3 Avocados
1 can lite coconut milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Apriva or Splenda
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons rum
a squeeze of lime juice
a dash of cinnamon
6 oz. pina colada lite yogurt
half a packet of dry whipped topping mix
1/2 cup low sugar almond milk
run through blender then pour in turned on ice cream machine
run for 20 minutes - serve
